Doug Smith, President and CEO of Hampton Roads Alliance, has announced the implementation of the 757 Recovery & Resilience Action Framework. Established during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, this unique initiative was designed by and for the Hampton Roads business community to fortify the region as it enters a new phase. The Framework’s primary goal is to cultivate a stronger, more resilient economy for the people of the 757 region.
