The NEW VIRGINIA: Scaling4Growth Program is designed to help small businesses elevate their operations to the next level. Powered by Interise’s award-winning StreetWise ‘MBA’™ curriculum, this program provides business owners with the necessary knowledge and skills to create and manage a customized three-year strategic growth plan. In addition, the Scaling4Growth Program offers an opportunity to join a supportive network of fellow CEOs who can provide advice and guidance. The program also prepares businesses for opportunities with government and anchor institutions, offering expertise in both public and private lending. To be eligible, businesses must be certified by the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity as a Small, Women- or Minority-Owned (SWaM) business, have annual revenues between $250,000 and $10,000,000, have at least one full-time employee besides the owner(s), have been in business for at least three years, and be willing and able to attend class for six months, complete mandatory assignments, and complete program surveys as requested.
