Each system has also committed to a minimum three-year contract, with a current lifetime value of four years.
The company’s reach now includes the largest employer in New York and the fifth largest hospital system in the U.S. — all secured without paid advertising. “Grateful and humbled by our healthcare partners who instantly see value in CXperks and we don’t have to take years rather months to get into each of these facilities,” said CEO Scott Janney, who continues to engage in international conversations as the platform expands.
Early investor VIPC recognized the potential, providing $200,000 in seed funding to help CXperks scale. That bet is paying off, as the company was recently named a finalist for the 757 TechNite Emerging Company award.
