During this session, the USPTO will cover everything a startup should know to protect its intellectual property. This will include several examples from the life sciences and healthcare, but the information will be relevant to all early-stage companies. Following the initial presentation, there will be breakout sessions to cover specific topics in more detail. These will be led by an ICAP Mentor and USPTO expert.
