Headquartered in Hampton, Va., VWIEC is a business incubator and statewide resource for Virginia's current and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Services are free of charge and include mentorship, education, networking, pitch competitions and assistance with financing strategies. A stipend is provided to program participants.
