Feggans (aka Fego) last served as\n \nSuperintendent\, 71st Healthcare Operations Squadron\, 71st Medical Group\, Vance AFB\, Oklahoma. In\n \nthat position\, he served as the senior enlisted advisor to the squadron commander on all issues\n \nregarding the health\, welfare\, morale\, and effective utilization of more than 70 active duty\, civilian\, and\n \ncontractor personnel. He also served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer\, where he directly oversaw\n \nthe completion of various technical issues and ensured the Defense Health Agency’s cybersecurity\n \npolicies and procedures were appropriately applied to $10.1M of information technology systems.\n \nMichael was raised for most of his early life in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach\, VA\, and entered the\n \nAir Force in August 2001 after graduating from Tallwood High School\, where he lettered in football and\n \ntrack & field. After completing Air Force Basic Military Training\, he attended the Health Services\n \nManagement apprentice course at Sheppard AFB\, TX.
