Davis Illingworth and Mr. Roe Walker. In the winter of 1983, Royal Oaks opened its doors. The 52 acre campus includes 263 Independent Living Apartments, 110 Independent Living Garden Homes, 59 Assisted Living apartments, and a 125-bed skilled nursing facility. As a non profit, non denominational retirement community, Royal Oaks Lifecare fosters growth, dignity, choice, honor, independence, and wellness for residents.
