The Virginia Beach CDC is an award-winning nonprofit with nearly 30 years of experience providing quality affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income families. The total assessed value of our properties exceeds $41 million, making us one of the largest property owners in Virginia Beach. Since the Virginia Beach CDC was established in 1985, we have housed over 6,200 individuals in safe, decent and affordable communities. We have also provided supportive services including case management and direct financial assistance to over 8,000 individuals who had experienced housing crises.
