Wilroy Industrial Park, located on Wilroy Road near the entrance to Route 58, and Suffolk Industrial Park, located on Carolina Road, are industrial parks where the land was owned by the Economic Development Authority and is leased or sold to companies. The EDA completed important and costly infrastructure such as utilities, storm water management and roads to make it less expensive for companies to initially build on the property.
