In addition to working for a three-Michelin-star restaurant\, and as a master sommelier’s assistant\, Lisa has also managed a specialty grocery store\, started her own ice cream sandwich business and even spent time as an affineur and sales rep for a cheese cave in Brooklyn. She co-hosts Outside the Box\, a monthly informational meetup group for small business owners in the greater Roanoke area. The Office of Pollution Prevention promotes green practices that go beyond regulatory requirements through programs including the Virginia Environmental Excellence Program\, Virginia Green\, and the Governor’s Environmental Excellence Awards. Prior to working with DEQ\, she gained experience working with industry and municipalities on compliance and environment management systems. Ms. Quinn has a Masters degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Mary Washington. She grew up on Long Island. In her free time you can find Meghann running or chasing her 2 young boys around.
