Moreover, the initiative is adapting to the current pandemic situation, providing virtual mentorship, brainstorming sessions, access to events, workshops, and networking until it is safe to resume full operations.

1701’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence program is an effort in partnership with Virginia Beach Economic Development. Whether you’re launching a brand new business or starting a new project, 1701 offers the community and services you need to be successful. Accepted applicants earn two and a half months of completely free coworking office space*, mentorship from the owners of 1701 & other experts in their field, and an abundance of resources. Two applicants will be accepted for each session. Accepted applicants must have or be able to acquire a Virginia Beach business license.
